Press 114 to report Fire & Explosions or Accidents requiring rescue support.

Press 113 to report Security violations, Robberies, or other breaches.

Press 115 to report Medical emergencies or Traffic accidents.

You can reach each number above through Phone calls, Video calls, sending Images, and Chat directly with the relevant authority.

Use the Report button for non-urgent cases by providing images and information to the appropriate authority. You can capture photos while submitting a report or select available images from your device.

Upon submission, you will receive Incident Alerts and updates on Fire & Explosions, Accidents, Security breaches, as well as guidance on Fire prevention & Rescue and Criminal Prevention.

SOS to Relatives feature allows you to save up to three phone numbers of your relatives in the app's Settings. In case of an emergency, press this button to automatically call for help. Your phone will dial and send a message with a location link to your specified contacts.

The Help 114 app is a result of the scientific research project "Research and application of Positioning and Live Stream technology for fire command and rescue of Ho Chi Minh City Fire Police." The HCMC Fire and Rescue Police (114) encourages individuals to install and test the app multiple times post-installation. This includes making trial calls via the app to better understand its functionality during emergency scenarios and explore its additional features.
